I am from a family of teachers; mostly in the areas of Special Ed and Science, and I have been teaching Literacy and Language Arts for 11 years, having taken time to also pursue interests in Real Estate and HR. I went to UGA and majored in Psychology and English Education. I live in Durham with my two teenagers, husband, 2 dogs and backyard chickens. I am a lifelong North Carolinian that has somehow remained relatively unattached to any particular basketball team, but really love the color blue…. I’m very excited to be at RTHS and to be a part of students’ success stories! I am currently enrolled in a UNCC master’s program.
